Dr. Laura Rammer - Dentist and Owner

Dr. Laura Rammer graduated from Marquette University's School of Dentistry in 2007. She worked as an associate with her Marquette School of Dentistry mentor, Dr. Paul Gruber for three years prior to purchasing the dental practice in July, 2010. 

In 2011, Dr. Laura received the esteemed "New Dentist Leadership Award" from The Wisconsin Dental Association.  On November 1, 2013, Dr. Laura was inducted into the International College of Dentists. Dr. Laura was named Sheboygan County’s 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year and a Top-10 Young Professional in both 2011 and 2013 by Coastal Connections' Young Professionals Network of Sheboygan County. She was named 2013 Outstanding Young Wisconsinite at the mid-September WI Jaycee Convention.  In 2014, Dr. Laura was inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr. Laura Rammer is an active member of the Sheboygan County Dental Association and has held leadership positions in the organization including President and Programming Chair. As an active member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, Dr. Laura is a member of the WDA's Mission of Mercy committee (MOM) and the WDA's Membership Committee.  Dr. Laura also serves on the Sheboygan County Oral Health Partnership committee.  Dr. Laura is a member of the American Equilibration Society.

In order to serve her patients at the highest level, Dr. Laura eagerly and regularly attends continuing education courses at county, state and national levels. 

Outside of the dental practice, Dr. Laura is a Maywood Advisory Board member, Sheboygan County Holstein Association Member and Sheboygan Economic Club Member.

Dr. Laura is married to Josh DePagter, a master electrician who owns his own business, DePagter Electric.  Together, they enjoy cheering for the Milwaukee Brewers.  Dr. Laura also enjoys raising and exhibiting show-quality Holstein dairy cattle, attending cattle shows and sales, road-biking, playing piano, watching sports, letter-writing, reading and visiting with friends and family.

Toni - Chairside Assistant

Toni Bouche graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with a Dental Assisting Diploma in May, 2009. One month later, she was hired by Dr. Paul Gruber as a receptionist and as Dr. Laura’s chairside assistant. In the Summer of 2010, Toni began full-time chairside assistant responsibilities with Dr. Laura.

Toni lives in the Town of Sheboygan with her husband Tom.  They have 3 children - Madelynn, Lucas, and Lilly.

In Toni’s spare time, she enjoys bicycling with friends, sewing, baking and spending time in her backyard with family - enjoying campfires.

 

 

 

Karin - Registered Dental Hygienist

Karin began working for Dr. Laura in July, 2010. She graduated in 1996 from Northeast WI Technical College with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She received her certificate to administer local anesthesia in January, 2001.

As a dental hygienist, Karin takes pleasure in the relationships that she and other team members have established with patients.

Daily, Karin helps patients understand the importance of keeping their teeth for their lifetime; Karin provides thorough cleanings and shares educational information.

Karin resides in Sheboygan with her husband Rob and their three children - Kathryn, Megan and Patrick. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending UW-Madison Badger football games and camping.

 

Eva - Dental Assistant

Eva graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with a Dental Assisting diploma in December 2020. She continues to attend Lakeshore Technical College to further her education with plans to become a dental hygienist. Eva started working as one of Dr. Laura's chairside assistants the week she graduated!

As a dental assistant, Eva is learning so much about teeth, radiography, and the flow of the dental office. She loves connecting with patients every day. Eva is proud to work in an office with "such a great team" and really likes when she can see smiling faces when masks are removed.

Eva spends her summers working at Whistling Straits golf course as a waitress. She truly enjoys waitressing and plans to continue working at Whistling Straits while attending school and working at the dental office.

Outside of work, Eva loves being outside in the sunshine! She likes spending time at the beach, boating with her family, rollerblading, swimming, and hiking adventures; time with her family is cherished! She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching "90-Day Fiancé," shopping, vacationing with family in St. Pete Beach, or enjoying an iced coffee from Starbucks.

 

Mary - Office Manager

Mary is Dr. Laura's mom. She earned her Communications-Public Relations Degree from UW-Green Bay in 1993.

You'll find Mary at the dental office's front desk. Mary welcomes patients, answers the phone, sets appointments, creates insurance claims and takes care of necessary office tasks.

Mary is proud of Dr. Laura's knowledgable all-women team which works in an encouraging, pleasant and respectful manner.

Mary is married to Mike who farms with their son, Paul. Mike and Paul, besides cropping 350 acres of winter wheat, soybeans and corn, play vital behind-the-scenes roles as grounds keepers and maintenance persons at the dental office.

Mary enjoys reading, writing, painting, walking, biking and working in her perennial gardens.
